1.1 General

These terms apply to all purchases made through Tahoor Store (tahoorstore.com). By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. The agreement is governed by Norwegian law.

1.2 The Parties

Buyer: The person placing the order (must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent).

1.3 Prices

All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include 25% VAT (MVA) unless otherwise stated. The price at the time of your order is the binding price.

1.4 Order & Agreement

A binding agreement is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors or out-of-stock items.

1.5 Payment

We accept Vipps, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and invoice where available. Payment is processed securely. We do not store card details.

1.6 Defective Goods & Complaints

If a product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to complain within a reasonable time — minimum 2 years from delivery — in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). Contact us at mail@tahoorstore.com with photos and a description.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Tahoor Store is not liable for indirect losses unless caused by gross negligence or intent. Our liability is in any case limited to the order value.

1.8 Disputes

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may submit a complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget), P.O. Box 4597 Nydalen, 0404 Oslo. EU dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.

Privacy Policy

Vi behandler dine personopplysninger i henhold til GDPR og personopplysningsloven. Vi samler inn navn, adresse, e-post og betalingsdata for å fullføre bestillingen din. 2.5 Security

Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Section 03

Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

✓ 14-day right of withdrawal on all eligible orders — no questions asked, as required by Norwegian law (angrerettloven).

Du har 14 dagers angrerett fra mottak av varen. Send e-post til mail@tahoorstore.com med ordrenummer for å starte returen. Refusjon skjer innen 14 dager etter at vi mottar varen. Returfraktkostnader dekkes av kjøper med mindre varen er defekt. Reklamasjonsrett: minimum 2 år etter kjøpsloven.

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of physically receiving your order, without giving any reason.

3.2 How to Return

  1. Email mail@tahoorstore.com within 14 days. Include your name, order number, and that you wish to return the item(s).
  2. We confirm receipt and provide the return address: Tahoor Store, Rubina Ranas gate 2, 0190 Oslo, Norway.
  3. Send the item(s) back in original, unused condition with original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. We refund the full amount including standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Use a trackable service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3.4 Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories. If an item has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the reduction in value.

3.5 Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Norwegian law:

  • Sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons (cosmetics, intimate items)
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital content already delivered with your consent to waive withdrawal rights

3.6 Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us at mail@tahoorstore.com with photos. We will arrange free return and provide a replacement or full refund. Your statutory right to complain lasts a minimum of 2 years under the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).

Shipping & Delivery

Vi sender med Posten/Bring. Leveringstid innen Norge er 2–5 virkedager. Bestillinger behandles innen 1–2 virkedager. Du mottar sporingsnummer per e-post. Ved skade eller forsinket levering, kontakt mail@tahoorstore.com innen 3 dager.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

5.3 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5.4 Delivery Address

Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect orders after dispatch. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

5.5 International Orders — Customs & Duties

For orders outside Norway, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

5.6 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 3 days of delivery at mail@tahoorstore.com. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
